A healthy drink for body health
You will need:
300 g of milk
3 tablespoons of dry oatmeal
1 banana
a tablespoon of honey
Preparation:
First, pour 3-4 tablespoons of milk over the oatmeal and grind the mixture in a blender, then add the chopped banana, whisk everything with a spoonful of honey and add the remaining milk.
Use dry cereals, as they contain the most vitamins, and drink the drink freshly prepared.
